I had never put together a written business plan—never—since 1984… until 2015, when I dreamed up Intellicents.

 

Today, we draw up a new business plan every year using EOS/Traction. We have a written plan for the next 90 days, the next year, the next three years, and a gigantic, impossible-looking 10-year plan—all in writing. And Sean, our EOS/Traction business coach, holds us to it.

In 2015, we had about $4,000,000 in top-line revenue, and we set a 10-year goal of $25,000,000 for 2025—over 6x our beginning revenue. Many thought, “No fricking way!” We had never had that kind of growth.

 

I am proud to announce that we made it!!! And even better, we are the first organization Sean has ever worked with to make their 10-year goal.

They said it couldn’t be done, and here we are… planning a new, unbelievable 10-year goal for 2035—$125,000,000—once again 6x our current annual revenue. That would amount to more than 31x our 2015 to 2035 revenue growth.

 

I know many of you may be rolling your eyes now. Once again, a great staff that stays accountable and religiously following our EOS business plans will be the key to success.
